- Includes: Comes with book (looks similar to slip cover), slip cover (pictured), a secondary short slip (not shown), a 'fallout' registration postcard, and a green "bookmark" slip (not shown).

- Description: 4.75 x 4.75 inches, 22 pages, full color. Contains a summary of the first 3 Playstation games in the King's Field series. Has a story summary and pictures of key characters and places with a little text describing their part in the story. This is the size of a game manual and usually found with a copy of the original release Japanese KF3, however it was not included with the game and is marked as "Not for sale". It was likely given away free as a pre-order bonus for KF3 or simply handed out with purchase etc.
